Trespassing Balloons

The balloons in these four pictures landed on/near the railroad tracks which caused train service to be delayed for roughly an hour while the balloons were removed from the property.

In these two pictures, you see the police department on site while the railroad company looks on. Only one of the balloons received a ticket as the other balloon and occupants left the scene.
